Description Of Work: I used Thiele Heating & Air Conditioning to replace the heat pump, furnace, and air conditioner. They also installed a humidifier.

Member Comments: They did a great job! They cleaned the pump and got everything done in short order. They got right on it and got it done. It seems to be working very well. They weren't messy. The price was okay. It is what we anticipated after talking to our son who had similar things done. They were punctual. We called them on a Monday, and on Friday they installed it. They said when they would be here and called a little bit ahead to reassure that. They were nice. They explained everything. It looked nice when they got done.

Description Of Work: They replaced the heat pump, the furnace and the air filter with a new unit.

Comments: We are very pleased with them. They came out to give us an estimate, they told us what they were going to do and they did what they said they would do. There was one small issue with the way the vented the high efficiency system installation. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem.

Description Of Work: Replaced 18 year old furnace with new Rheem furnace that was more efficient.

Comments: Came home after weekend to house with furnace not working. Came out that evening provided us quotes, alternatives and recommendation for our house. They came out the next day and installed new furnace which also required some new duct work since new furnaces are not as big as our old furnace.. Removing old furnace and installing new furnace took about 6 hours. They also created a place for a standard filter to fit in our ducting since new furnace had none standard filter size. We are happy to have heat again.

Description Of Work: They came to service our air conditioner.

Comments: They were very kind. The price was great. Instead of paying for the service call, the service technician suggested their service plan. With the plan they come out in the spring and fall. The service technician was incredibly pleasant and helpful.
